we were moved to a twin/double room and had a mini-bar, tea and coffee making equipment, and tv. the super bathroom was the best. the hotel was set in a central area really close to the center of courchevel, shops and restaurants and many restaurants. moreover, it was 4 km from national show center.

Ski-in, ski-out was choice as, but the room was a bit tight, could've had more space, eh? Super nice team and friendly.

We thouroughly enjoyed our breakfasts as well as the fact that the hotel was a ski-on ski-out type.
Although we had prepaid the baby package as advertised onto the hotel's website we were only given a baby cot after asking for it (the baby cot was not in the room upon our arrival, we had to ask for it) regardless of the fact that we called in two hours before arrival. To date we have not received any refund. The Hotel Manager refused to give us any refund and never apologised. For the record, our baby is six months old. The hotel should not advertise special services like that without being able to support them.

Location is very good but it depends on the room you get if you truly benefit of the view this location offers. Otherwise, you are on the slope and also minutes away from the main atractions of the resort. The guy at the ski rental shop is very knowledgeable and he does everything he can to ensure that you get the best skis and boots. The receptionist allowed us to check-in at 11.00 instead of 4 pm as they normally do (!)
The room could use a significant improvement considering the price. the furniture looks old and shabby, the "king size" bed is made of 2 matresses, the heating wasn't working, the toilet way too small, the windows very badly insulated. Breakfast was very modest and the spa didn't have any shower gel for the 3 days we tried it. Also, no toilet available for the spa. Last but not least, the hotel doesn't even provide guests with a changing room, which i must say is the first time i encountered in all my travels.

The hotel had a great and stunning location just next door to Chenus Ski Lift. It took me 15 mins to get to the bus station. The room was beautiful, bright and included a safe, TV, and coffee and tea making equipment. Bathtubs in the separate bathroom was a plus.

Convenient location, close to the ski training slope and the main slopes, as well as the Le Forum shopping center and many restaurants. Plus, it's not far from Porta Santa Maria 🏞.

Hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. Bar area with open fire and ski in/out location plus ski room excellent.
No tea or coffee making facilities and no room service so can't have a cup of tea or coffee in your room. No free tea/coffee available other than at breakfast (not even free when you come off the slopes) and charged €12 for two cups of tea. Dinner extortionate and very poor (about €80 per head excluding wine which is priced at €50 and up). Staff are often surly with an attitude that there doing you a great favour. On leaving at 7.15am for our return trip to Geneva airport we were bregrudgingly given a cup of tea but offered no breakfast at all.

Perfect localization - you get to and out of the slopes directly from the hotel backdoor, and at night it's not far from the most important bars and restaurants; comfortable rooms, kind people, amazing breakfast (much better than commonly found in Europe).

great skiing access but room felt a bit cramped
The ski-in ski-out access is a true highlight. It allows effortless movement onto the slopes! The staff were genuinely supportive and provided excellent tips for skiing in the area. Having a balcony with a direct slope view.
The room felt a bit tight for comfort.
